Building hope

In line with the real estate construction division of Orco Property Group, the Orco Foundation will leverage the Group’s construction expertise to participate in the construction or renovation of one building dedicated to social works per year. The property will directly house or be used as a day center for the underprivileged, including but not limited to groups such as refugees, orphans, those with handicaps, single mothers, the elderly or any such group in need.

The Orco Foundation may entirely fund and oversee the project or participate financially in a project undertaken by a like-minded partner organization. The Orco Foundation will encourage the participation of suppliers, other corporations, and employees to donate material and human resources to the project. The Orco Foundation, with the support of the sustainable development department of Orco Property Group, will seek to ensure that the most environmentally-sustainable choices are made in the new construction or renovation.
